Learn to Skate classes are a great way for you or your child to learn the basics of skating while having fun with their friends out on the ice. The Learn to Skate program offers high quality instruction with experienced, dedicated coaches. Skaters will be taught from the U.S. Figure Skating Basic Skills Program. This well designed curriculum offers levels beginning with Snow Plow Sam and continuing through Freestyle 6. Through the program, the skater will develop self confidence, self discipline and self reliance by mastering and performing skating skills.
Learn to Skate classes’ meet Monday’s from 5:15 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. beginning in March, there will also be a Saturday morning session from 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Classes meet for 30 minutes along with 15 minutes of supervised free time. |
